Embark Technology, Inc., was incorporated in Delaware on September 25, 2020. Embark develops technologically advanced autonomous driving software for the trucking industry and provides a carefully constructed business model designed to provide the industry with a path to adopt autonomous driving. Specifically, Embark has developed a software-as-a-service platform designed to interoperate with various truck OEM platforms, abandoning the complex and logistically challenging truck manufacturing or hardware manufacturing business in favor of focusing on superior driving technology.
