The company operates through subsidiaries, including Quest Holding International LLC (QHI), established in Ohio in 2012 to facilitate Chinese students' study and post-study services in the United States. Through QHI, EpicQuest Educatio has reached an agreement with the regional campus of Miami University in Ohio to enable it to serve Chinese students interested in studying at Miami University in the United States.
