Digital Brands Group, Inc., was incorporated in Delaware in January 2013 as Denim. LA, Inc., and changed its name to Digital Brands Group, Inc. in December 2020. They offer a variety of clothing directly to consumers and wholesale in two ways through numerous brands. They created a business model that grew out of their original digital native-first vertical brand. Digital Native First Brands are brands built on the basis of e-commerce-driven enterprises, and although online sales are often subsequently expanded to wholesale or direct retail channels, online sales account for a high proportion of net sales.
