Citizens Community Bancorp, Inc., a Maryland corporation, was founded in 2004. The company is a bank holding company regulated by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Federal Reserve Bank. The Company's main activities include holding shares in Citizens Community Federal N.A., a wholly-owned subsidiary bank, and providing commercial, agricultural and consumer banking services through the bank.
