It was initially known as Clovis Community Bank and was a California-chartered bank after a corporate reorganization. During the restructuring process, the bank became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and the shareholders of the bank also became shareholders of the company. The company is registered under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, as amended, and is subject to the Board of Governors and the Federal Reserve Board. The company's main business is to provide financial services in key markets in California through its banking subsidiary. It serves Fresno County, Madera County, Sacramento County, San Joaquin County, Merced County, Stanislaus County and surrounding areas through its banks. The company currently has no other business other than running its bank.
