The Company commenced its business on December 30, 1981 and acquired all voting shares of Chino Valley Bank pursuant to the Reorganization Ordinance. On March 29, 1996, Chino Valley Bank changed its name to Citizens Commercial Bank. The bank is the company's main asset.
