Canterbury Park Holding Corporation This company was incorporated under the laws of Minnesota on March 24, 1994, acquired the racetrack on March 29, 1994, began to operate the seven-day simulcast operation on May 6, 1994, and launched live horse racing and related seasonal betting from May 1995, generally from early May to early September. Same-bet operations and "unbanked" card games at Kansacopi, Tebury Park Racecourse in Minnesota and at the Card Casino facility. The company's co-betting business includes betting on thoroughbred and season races. The company broadcasts the track where the race is held and the betting on the race throughout the year on the track at the same time. Unbanked card games, in which time competes with each other, are held at the Card Casino at the Racetrack. The company also derives from revenue-related services and activities such as concessions, parking, advertising, publication sales and other entertainment events held at the racetrack.
