Mr. Cooper Group Inc., a company incorporated in Delaware on May 11, 2015. The Company is the parent of WM Mortgage Reinsurance Company 9, a Hawaiian corporation, and WMI Investments, a Delaware corporation. On March 19, 2012, the Company emerged from bankruptcy proceedings to become its successor, Washington Mutual Corporation (" WMI "). It is more restricted than WMMRC's runoff operations, and has not had any new business since September 26, only WMMRC's traditional reinsurance business, etc. In 2008, the company continued to operate the WMMRC business runoff model, and it is actively seeking acquisitions in a wide range of opportunities.
