The Company is a Bitcoin mining company that independently owns and operates a large number of data centers across the United States, located in Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi and Wyoming, with a total contracted power capacity of approximately 1,027 megawatts (" MW "). The company has designed the infrastructure to efficiently, profitably and responsibly protect and support Bitcoin mining and AI and HPC workloads.
