Columbia Financial, Inc. is a Delaware corporation established in March 1997. Columbia Financial is the holding company for Columbia Bank and Freehold Bank, both federally chartered stock savings banks. Through Columbia Bank and Freehold Bank, Columbia Finance serves the financial needs of depositors and local communities as a community-minded, customer-focused institution. Columbia Finance provides traditional financial services to businesses and consumers in its markets. Columbia Finance attracts public deposits and uses these funds to issue a variety of loans, including multi-family and commercial real estate loans, commercial loans, one- to four-family real estate loans, construction loans, home equity loans and prepayments, and other consumer loans. Columbia Financial provides title insurance through a wholly-owned subsidiary, First Jersey Title Services, Inc.
