The Company was initially formed as a limited liability company, CrossFirst Holdings, LLC, on September 1, 2008, becoming the holding company of the Bank. Founded in 2007, the Bank is a Kansas-chartered bank that provides a full range of financial services to businesses, business owners, professionals and their personal networks through branches in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico.
