Cemtrex, Inc., was established on April 27, 1998 as Diversified American Holding, Inc., and on December 16, 2004, the company changed its name to Cemtrex, Inc. The company is a diversified international company with two business units. Cemtrex's security division operates under the brand name of its majority-owned subsidiary Vicon Industries, Inc. (" Vicon "), which provides end-to-end security solutions to the most severe corporate, industry and government security challenges. Operating under the brand name Advanced Industrial Services (" AIS "), Cemtrex's Industrial Services segment provides rigging, bed-making, single-source expertise and services to diverse clients in plant maintenance, equipment installation, relocation and dismantling.
