Blue Hat Interactive Entertainment Technology was established on June 13, 2018. Through the operations of their subsidiaries, they mainly operate gold and diamond trading and supply chain businesses. Their business models include physical gold trading, diamond trading, gold derivatives trading, and the development of artificial intelligence trading platforms. In August 2024, they completed their first bulk gold acquisition of 1,000 kg from Macau Rongxin Precious Metals Technology Co., Ltd. for approximately US $64.56 million, marking their entry into a large-scale gold transaction. At the same time, they established a major diamond trading business, generating $18.72 million in revenue for the year ended December 31, 2024.
