Better Home & Finance Holding Company is a Delaware corporation that was originally incorporated as a limited liability company in Delaware on February 24, 2014 and later transformed into a Delaware corporation when it commenced operations in April 2015. Better combines technological innovation, new thinking and a deep focus on customers to revolutionize a homeownership industry that has been stagnant for decades. Better started by redesigning the mortgage manufacturing process, and through its Home Finance business line, Better offers a wide range of mortgage products. Home Finance offers eligible mortgages, FHA and VA loans, as well as mega-mortgages (which Better sells to a network of loan buyers (including GSEs) through Better's proprietary matching engine) and generates revenue from the sale of each loan.
