The Company is a medical technology company focused on developing and commercializing higher resolution Holter solutions that enable the detection and monitoring of heart disease outside of healthcare facility settings. The company's ability to develop higher resolution ECG solutions is achieved through the development of the company's proprietary and patented VECG technology platform. The company's vector ECG technology enables the development of three-dimensional (3 D) images of cardiac electrical activity by showing the spatial position of ECG waveforms that have been shown in earlier studies to provide the same or better diagnostic capabilities as traditional hospital ECG systems.
