The company is a global technology leader in the design, development and delivery of a variety of semiconductor and infrastructure software solutions. The Company develops semiconductor devices, focusing on devices based on complex digital and mixed-signal complementary metal oxide semiconductors (" CMOS ") and products based on analog III-V.
