ASP Isotops Inc., was incorporated in Delaware on September 13, 2021. They are a pre-commercial stage advanced materials company dedicated to developing technologies and processes that, if successful, will allow the enrichment of natural isotopes into higher concentrations of products that can be used in multiple industries. They have an exclusive license to a proprietary technology, the Pneumatic Separation Process (" ASP Technology "), originally developed and licensed to them by Klydon Proprietary Ltd (" Klydon "), for the production, distribution, marketing and sale of all isotopes. Their initial focus was on the production and commercialization of enriched Mo-100 (" Mo-100 "). Klydon has agreed to supply them with their first commercial-scale Mo-100 enrichment plant in South Africa, with a production capacity of 20 kg/year to produce 95% concentrated Mo-100 when fully operational.
