The banking subsidiaries are Glens Falls National (GFNB), with its main office in Glens Falls, NY, and Saratoga National (SNB), with its main office in Saratoga Springs, NY. Glens Falls National's active subsidiaries include Upstate Agency, LLC (an insurance agency that sells property and casualty insurance and also specializes in selling and serving group health and life insurance), North Country Investment Advisers, Inc. (a registered investment advisor, Investment advice for Arrow's proprietary mutual funds) and Arrow Properties, Inc., a Caretrust Reit. Wrigley Financial also directly owns two affiliated business trusts, established in 2003 and 2004, which issue trust preferred securities (TRUP), which are still outstanding.
