Antalpha Platform Holding Company was incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands in August 2023. Antalpha provides financing, technology and risk management solutions for the digital asset industry. As Bitmain's main lending partner, they are a provider of supply chain financing solutions for institutional and corporate participants in the Bitcoin mining industry, providing loans secured by Bitcoin and Bitcoin mining machines. They developed a technology platform called Antalpha Prime that enables their clients to apply for and manage their digital asset loans while allowing them to closely monitor their collateral positions.
