Its software and hardware combine advanced technology to acquire, store, analyze and present data in multiple formats. The company's software and hardware products are oriented to various fields such as aerospace, clothing, automobiles, China Aerospace Times Electronics, chemicals, computer external equipment, communications, distribution, food and beverage, general manufacturing, packaging and transportation. The company sells through its own sales team and authorized distributors in the United States, and mainly sells to customers outside the United States through branches in Canada and Europe, as well as independent distributors and representatives. In 2016, nearly 30% of the company's financial income came from overseas customers. Astro-Med operates through two systems, the Astro-Med Test & Measurement system and the QuickLabel system.
