Aduro Clean Technologies Inc., was incorporated in British Columbia on January 10, 2018. After completing the transaction with Aduro Energy, their company's sole business is now carried out by Aduro Energy. Aduro Energy has developed a new chemical conversion process that converts waste plastics and low-grade renewable oils into renewable fuels and specialty chemicals. Aduro Energy, an Ontario-based early-stage clean technology company, has developed a highly flexible chemical recycling platform using three unique technologies: hemolytic plastic upgrade, hemolytic asphalt upgrade and hemolytic renewable energy upgrade.
