Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc., established in October 2005, is a Delaware limited liability company. On May 13, 2011, the company was transformed into a Delaware Type C company, registered as Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc., which was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Acadia Healthcare Holdings until November 1, 2011. The company's business strategy is to become an indispensable behavioral healthcare provider for patients with high sensitivity and complex needs. The company is committed to providing high-quality, cost-effective behavioral healthcare services to the communities it serves, while expanding its business, improving profitability, and creating long-term value for shareholders. This strategy includes five growth paths: expansion of existing facilities, joint venture partnerships, de facto facilities, acquisitions and expansion across continuum of care. As of December 31, 2024, the company operated 262 behavioral healthcare facilities with approximately 11,850 beds in 39 states and Puerto Rico. During the year ended December 31, 2024, the Company added 776 new beds, including 312 new beds in existing facilities and 464 new beds through the opening of four wholly-owned facilities and one joint venture facility.
