Sprott Physical Platinum and Palladium Trust was established under the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, on December 23, 2011 by a trust agreement. The trust was set up to invest almost all of its assets and hold physical platinum and palladium. The trust seeks to provide a convenient and exchange-traded investment option for investors interested in holding physical platinum and palladium bars without the typical inconvenience of investing directly in physical platinum and palladium bars. The trust plans to invest primarily in long-term held unencumbered, fully allocated physical platinum and palladium bars, and will not speculate on short-term changes in platinum and palladium prices.
