Sprott Physical Gold and Silver Trust is a closed-end mutual fund trust established on October 26, 2017, under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. The Trust aims to invest and hold virtually all of its assets in physical gold and silver bullion and seeks to provide a safe, convenient and exchange-traded investment option for investors interested in holding physical bullion without the typical inconvenience of investing directly in physical bullion. The trust plans to achieve its objectives by investing primarily in long-term held unencumbered, fully allocated physical bullion bars, and does not speculate on short-term changes in bullion prices.
