Solitario Resources Corp., founded in Colorado on November 15, 1984, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Crown Resources Ltd. Solitario Exploration & Royalty Co., Ltd. (" Solitario ") is a company in the development stage and is the result of a feasible study on the completion of the Mt. Hamilton project by Lakewood, Colorado SRK Consulting Co., Ltd. (USA). Solitario intends to develop the Mt. Hamilton project. However, Solitario has never developed mining assets. In addition, Solitario focuses on the development or purchase of precious acquisition rights and detection prospects of basic metal property rights and privileged rights. Solitario acquires the right of first refusal to hold future sales exploration title portfolios, joint ventures or to establish proven and probable reserves.
