Western Copper and Gold Corporation was incorporated under the Business Companies Act on 17 March 2006. The Company is an exploration and development company directly engaged in the development of the Casino Mineral Project located in the Yukon Territory of Canada. The Casino Minerals Project has one of the largest undeveloped porphyry deposits in Canada, with reserves of 1 billion tons and vast reserves of gold, copper and molybdenum. The company does not currently have any productive minerals, so there is no operating income or cash flow. The company has been in the exploration stage and has not generated any revenue so far. There may be no commercially exploitable mineral deposits in all of the company's mineral projects.
