Energy Fuels Inc. is a public company that complies with the laws of the Province of Ontario. Founded in Alberta on June 24, 1987 as Volcanic Metals Exploration Inc. On September 2, 2005, the company continued to operate under the Enterprise Corporations Act. Volcanic Metals Exploration Inc changed its name to Energy Fuels Inc on May 26, 2006. The company is responsible for the production of several raw materials required for clean energy and advanced technologies, including uranium, vanadium, HMS and REE. The company has conventional uranium, uranium and HMS assets and projects in various stages of operation, development, exploration and licensing, as well as fully licensed uranium and uranium/vanadium projects on standby.
