Trio Petroleum Corp., incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware on July 19, 2021, is an oil and gas exploration and development company headquartered in Malibu, California, with operations in Monterey County, California, Uinta County, Utah, and Lloyds Minster, Saskatchewan, Canada. The company has been in the revenue-generating business since the re-launch of the McCool Ranch field in early 2024, followed by additional revenue from newly acquired properties in Saskatchewan, Canada in 2025. Trio's operations in Canada offer a key growth opportunity, in particular through planned workovers aimed at increasing production from acquired assets. Following the acquisition of the heavy oil assets in Midwest Saskatchewan from Novacor in April 2025 and the subsequent acquisition from Capital Land later that year, Trio continued to strengthen its operational footprint in the region.
