Taseko Mines Limited, incorporated on April 15, 1966, is a copper mining company incorporated in British Columbia, headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, and listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the New York Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange. The company focused on increasing copper and molybdenum production at the Gibraltar mine and obtaining an environmental license called the New Gold and Copper Boom Project (New Boom). Both the Gibraltar Mine and the New Prosperity Project are located in central British Columbia, Canada. The Company has two other mining assets in British Columbia: Aley (a niobium mining program) and Harmony (a gold mining program). In addition to the joint venture with Cariboo, the Taseko Machinery subsidiary currently owns all projects in its entirety. According to the Corporations Act of British Columbia.
