Ring Energy, Inc., was founded in Nevada in 2004. The Company specializes in the acquisition, exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas and is currently active in Texas and Kansas. The company will focus on developing existing resources while continuing to seek to acquire oil and gas resources with upside potential. The Company conducts Central Basin drilling operations primarily in Andrews and Gaines Counties, Texas. On October 16, 2013, in order to expand the Kansas lease, the Company signed a joint development agreement with Torchlight Energy.
