The company is a medical robotics company that develops, designs and produces electromyography orthotics for patients with neuromuscular disorders. MyoPro EMG upper limb orthosis products are registered as Class I medical devices with the Food and Drug Administration. Myomo is a patent licensor for a technology-based EMG limb orthosis patent developed by MIT in collaboration with medical experts affiliated with Harvard Medical School.
