Emerson Radio Corp. was founded in 1994 in Delaware. Emerson designs, purchases, imports and sells a wide range of household goods and consumer electronics, and licenses its trademarks to other products applicable to the world. The company plans to continue to leverage its core competencies to provide customers with a variety of existing and new household goods and consumer electronics products.
