Moving iMage Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation, was formed in June 2020. The Company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Moving iMage Technologies, LLC (" MiT LLC ") and Moving iMage Acquisition Co., a wholly-owned subsidiary of MiT LLC, designs, integrates, installs and distributes proprietary and custom-designed equipment and off-the-shelf cinema products to meet the needs of contemporary cinema. The company also provides single-source solutions for the design, procurement, installation and service of films, serving the creative and production communities of screenings, digital intermediates and other critical viewing rooms. In addition, the company provides a wide range of technical, design and consulting services such as custom engineering, system design, integration and installation, digital technology, and software solutions for business improvement and theater management. The company also provides turnkey furniture, fixtures and equipment services for new buildings and renovations for commercial cinema exhibitors, including design, consulting, installation and project management, as well as procurement of seating, lighting, acoustic processing, screens, projection and sound.
