Luda Technology Group Limited was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on October 21, 2021. Luda Technology is a leading global manufacturer of stainless steel and carbon steel flanges and pipe fittings and a distributor of pipe products such as valves and pipes. As a holding company with no significant business of its own, they conduct business through their operating companies Luda PRC and Luda HK respectively. Their history begins with Luda HK, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, China in 2004, mainly engaged in the trading of steel flanges and accessories. In 2005, the company's business further expanded upstream, established Luda China, and began to manufacture flanges and accessories in China with its own factory. They have established an operating history of more than 18 years. They are principally engaged in (i) the manufacture and sale of stainless steel and carbon steel flanges and fittings products; and (ii) the trading of steel pipes, valves and other steel pipe products.
