Gold Resource Corporation was established on August 24, 1998 in accordance with the relevant provisions of the laws of the State of Colorado. Since 2010, the Company has produced gold and silver ingots and copper, lead and zinc concentrates at its subsidiary Don David Gold Mexico S.A. de C.V., located in Oaxaca, Mexico. The Don David Gold Mine has six properties and is located within the San Jose Tectonic Corridor.
