Gold Resource Corporation was established on August 24, 1998 in accordance with the relevant provisions of the laws of the State of Colorado. The Company is a collective producer of metals containing gold, silver, copper, lead and zinc, and mainly conducts mining operations at the El Aquila project in southern Mexico. The Company also conducts exploration and evaluation work on its portfolio of common and precious metals exploration assets in Mexico.
