Guardian Metal Resources PLC was incorporated as a private limited company under the laws of England and Wales on 22 April 2021 and re-registered as a public limited company on 8 March 2022. The Company is an exploration stage key minerals company focused on the United States with a portfolio of tungsten and polymetallic exploration projects located in Nevada. The main assets are the Pilot Mountain project and the Tempiute project. In addition, the company has early-stage exploration assets in copper, gold, silver and lithium.
