Clough Global Equity Fund is an unincorporated statutory trust established by a trust certificate on January 25, 2005 pursuant to the laws of the State of Delaware. The company is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The investment objective of the fund is to provide a high level of total return. The Fund seeks to achieve this by applying a basic research-driven investment process and, under normal circumstances, invests at least 80% of its net assets (including any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities in the US and non-US markets.
