By merging with Fashion Dynamics, eMagin was incorporated under the laws of Nevada on January 23, 1996. Fed Corporation is a developer and manufacturer of optical systems and microdisplays used in the electronics industry. After the merger, the company changed its corporate name to eMagin Corporation. EMagin is incorporated in Delaware.
