Ellomay Capital Ltd., was incorporated on July 29, 1987 as an Israeli company under the name Nur Advertising Industries Ltd. 1987. The Company's business in energy and infrastructure currently consists primarily of the production of renewable and clean energy. The Company has eight photovoltaic power stations connected to their respective national grids, operating as follows: (i) twelve photovoltaic power stations located in Italy and Spain with a total installed capacity of approximately 22.6 MW; and (ii) four photovoltaic power stations with a total installed capacity of approximately 7.9 MW. In addition, the company indirectly owns approximately 9.2% of Dorado and maintains the option to indirectly increase its stake in Dorado to 9.375% under certain conditions.
