Chicago Rivet & Machine Co., founded in December 1927 under Illinois law, is the successor to the Chicago Rivet Specialty Company. The company's main fastener industry is two major blocks: fasteners and assembly equipment. The Fasteners segment primarily includes the production and sale of rivets, cold-formed firmware, parts and screw machine products. The Assembly Department mainly includes the production of automatic rivet setting machines, automatic assembly equipment and parts and tools for these equipment. The company's revenue mainly comes from direct or indirect sales and the production of automobiles and auto parts.
