Caledonia Mining Corporation Plc (formerly Caledonia Mining Corporation) was formed on February 5, 1992 by the merger of three predecessor companies and was then registered under the Canadian Business Corporations Act. Caledonia's activities focus on public mining in Zimbabwe. The Company's operations in the past three completed fiscal years have been focused on the operation of public minerals and increasing gold mine production. The company is engaged in further development activities in public mining and surrounding properties. Estimates for future production, in terms of public mining, are based on mining plans and may change.
