Almaden Minerals Ltd., established by merger under the laws of British Columbia, Canada, is principally engaged in the exploration and appraisal of assets, the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resources, and has property interests in Canada, the United States and Mexico, which are in the exploration stage. At present, until further exploration work is completed and final feasibility studies based on these work are concluded, there can be no assurance that any of the Company's mining properties or exploration areas contain commercially viable ore bodies (reserves) and have not yet generated any revenue from operations.
