South Plains Financial has agreed to acquire BOH Holdings, the parent company of Bank of Houston, in an all-stock deal valued at approximately $105.9 million. The deal is expected to be 6.8 times price to estimated 2027 earnings. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close in the second quarter of 2023.
