Park Hotels & Resorts Inc., incorporated in Delaware as Hilton Hotels Corporation on May 29, 1946, was renamed Hilton Worldwide, Inc., and later Park Hotels & Resorts Inc., on November 19, 2007. The Company is one of the largest listed accommodation REITs with a diverse portfolio of iconic and market-leading hotels and resorts with significant potential real estate value. The company's strategic focus is on its 21 core hotels, including an unconsolidated joint venture, whose consolidated core hotels account for about 90% of its hotel adjusted EBITDA. All of their rooms are located in the United States and its regions, and more than 96% of the rooms in their core portfolio are luxury and ultra-premium. The company is focused on consistently delivering superior risk-adjusted returns to shareholders through aggressive asset management and a well-thought-out external growth strategy with a strategic focus on their core portfolio while maintaining a strong and flexible balance sheet.
