The company is a "two-step" distributor. Two-step distributors buy products from manufacturers and distribute these products to distributors and other suppliers in the local market, who then sell these products to end users. The Company has a broad portfolio of branded and private label inventory units in two major product categories: Specialty Products and Structured Products. Specialty products include engineered wood products, wallboard, wood products, outdoor household products, specialty wood and panels, and industrial products. Structural products include wood, plywood, oriented strand board, steel bars and steel mesh, among others. The company also offers a wide range of value-added services and solutions designed to ease distribution and logistics challenges for customers and suppliers while improving their marketing and inventory management capabilities.
