Raytheon Energy Holdings Limited was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on October 19, 2022. As a holding company without a major business of its own, Raytheon Energy conducts all its business through its operating subsidiary Raytheon Energy Group in China. Raytheon Energy Group was established in 2003 and is headquartered in Beijing, China. At present, it has set up offices and after-sales service bases in Hong Kong, Xinjiang, Sichuan, UAE, Canada, Kazakhstan, and its manufacturing base in China is located in Chengdu, Sichuan. Since its establishment, Raytheon Energy has always been committed to providing solutions for the oil and gas and chemical fields. Through nearly 20 years of unremitting efforts and struggles in the oil and gas field, it has formed the current four main business segments. The business mainly includes: R&D and manufacturing of oil and gas equipment, engineering and technical services, LNG clean energy industrial operation, information automation and integration. (1) R&D and manufacturing of oil and gas equipment: R & D, manufacturing of reciprocating compressor units, expansion units, pre-water separation devices, electromagnetic heating devices, polymer flexible composite pipes, skid-mounted equipment, wellhead safety control systems, natural gas online sampling and analysis systems and other equipment manufacturing in the oil and gas fields. (2) Engineering technical services: According to the different needs of oilfield users and on-site conditions, we design and customize pressurized gas injection units, and provide them with various modes such as leasing and maintenance to serve the user site and meet the needs of users to solve production increase and equipment operation and maintenance. (3) LNG clean energy industrial operation: mainly focus on natural gas (LNG/CNG) trade and logistics, and provide solutions for industrial users and industrial parks to replace traditional fuels, develop distributed energy, plan for new energy fuel industry, invest and operate, and manage urban gas transmission and distribution construction. (4) Information automation and integration: Relying on years of practical experience in informatization in the oil and gas industry and facing the trend of future industrial interconnection, it is a provider of informatization solutions and products for the entire industry chain. It has formed a business segment with smart operation, smart manufacturing, new business formats, new infrastructure, and smart hardware as its core.
