E-Power Inc., incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands on February 22, 2019 and headquartered in Zibo City, Shandong Province, China, is engaged in the research and development, manufacturing and sales of graphite anode materials for electric vehicles and other lithium-ion batteries through its joint ventures. Through its joint venture, the Company is building a 138,000 sqm manufacturing plant in Guizhou Province, China. The graphite anode material production plant uses cheap electricity from renewable energy sources, which not only greatly reduces costs but also has little impact on the environment. The company's founder and CEO Hu Haiping has been a major pioneer in China's graphite anode industry since 1999. The company's core team is composed of a number of industry pioneers and senior experts with decades of experience in the lithium battery anode material industry.
