Since the establishment of the Company's predecessor company, the Company is principally engaged in the business of distributing maintenance, repair and operation (" MRO ") products, equipment and services to customers in various end markets including general industry, energy, food and beverage, chemical, transportation, water and wastewater. The Company is divided into three business segments: Service Center (" SC "), Innovative Pumping Solutions (" IPS ") and Supply Chain Services (" SCS ").
