ARKO Corp., incorporated in Delaware on February 13, 2019 and headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, is a major convenience store operator and leading fuel wholesaler in the United States. The company and its more than 25 regional store brands together build a community-centric retail network, many of which have developed deep local market awareness over decades. In addition to its retail business, ARKO supplies fuel to thousands of dealership outlets and operates a comprehensive fleet refueling business. The business covers self-operated and third-party card-locked unattended refueling station networks, and through the issuance of special fuel cards, customers can access a nationwide refueling station system. The company focuses on geographical diversification in its business layout. Its business network covers the District of Columbia and more than 30 states in the United States, spanning the mid-Atlantic, Midwest, Northeast, Southeast and Southwest regions.
