Uranium Energy Corp. was incorporated in Nevada on May 16, 2003. The Company is principally engaged in uranium mining and related activities, including exploration, pre-extraction, extraction and processing of uranium projects located in the United States and Paraguay. The company is advancing its next-generation low-cost, in-situ recovery (" ISR ") mining uranium project, where the ISR mining process is expected to reduce environmental impact compared to traditional mining, and has two mineable ISR center radiant platforms in South Texas and Wyoming, and its Hobson and Irigalay plants have fully licensed and operated processing capacity.
